Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship in Translational Hepatology

Fondazione Italiana Fegato ONLUS – Italian Liver Foundation NPO is a no-profit research organization primarily involved in the field of molecular research applied to the liver and its diseases (Translational Hepatology). FIF actively interacts with several national and international scientific organizations.

We are recruiting Postdocs which will engage in one of three major research lines of FIF:

    1. Molecular events of bilirubin-brain interplay (Liver Brain Unit)
    2. Molecular aspects of MASLD and its complications (MASLD Unit)

    3. Translational Research in Liver Cancer: Biomarkers, Therapies, and Tumor Heterogeneity (Liver Cancer Unit)

    4. Innovative models for liver diseases (Innovative Models Unit) 

The post-doc will define her/his research plan with the senior researcher supervising the activity.

MSCA-PF eligibility criteria:

— Candidates may be of any nationality

— Candidates must be, at the date of the call deadline, in possession of a doctoral degree

— At the call deadline, supported researchers must have a maximum of 8 years full-time equivalent experience in research, measured from the date that the researcher was in a possession of a doctoral degree and certified by appropriate documents.

— Candidates cannot have resided or carried out his/her main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of the beneficiary (Italy) for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the call deadline

— Only one proposal per candidate may be submitted to PF call
