Constitution
1.1 It is established by the initiative and efforts of the Association Fondo per lo Studio delle Malattie del Fegato – ONLUS based in Trieste – a Foundation named “FONDAZIONE ITALIANA FEGATO – E.T.S.”, con la precisazione che l’utilizzo dell’acronimo “E.T.S.“ nella denominazione sarà efficace solo dal momento dell’iscrizione al RUNTS.
It may use the name in abbreviated form “FIF – E.T.S.”.
1.2 The Foundation adheres to the principles and legal framework of a participatory foundation, within the broader category of foundations governed by the Civil Code and related laws.
1.3 The Foundation is a non-profit organization.
1.4 The headquarters are in Trieste.
